1. Lesson Scheduling and Payment

Lessons are scheduled in advance and payment is due at the agreed upon rate and schedule. Missed or canceled lessons are subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of enrollment.

2. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for lessons. Regular practice outside of lesson time is encouraged to ensure progress.

3. Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors will provide lessons tailored to the student's level and goals, communicate progress with parents/guardians (if applicable), and maintain a safe and professional learning environment.

4. Privacy Policy

Mountain City Music Company respects your privacy and values your trust. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

• We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
• Information collected (such as name, phone number, email address, and payment details) is used solely for lesson scheduling, communication, billing, and improving our services.
• All data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy standards.

5. Text Messaging Policy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Liability

Mountain City Music Company and its instructors are not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur during lessons. Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors.
